Do It Online

This service is designed to help those who have difficulty attending during opening hours or for those who just need assistance. To use this service just click on the CONTACT YOUR GP ONLINE on the home page.

THREE SIMPLE STEPS TO CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR ONLINE

  • Visit the surgery website and click "eConsult"
  • Find your health condition and fill out a simple online questionnaire
  • Your GP will get back to you normally within one working day with feedback and treatment options

For repeat prescriptions which are ordered by 6 pm Monday - Friday, please allow two full working days before collection.

For example - repeat prescriptions ordered on a Monday by 6 pm - will be ready on Wednesday after 2 pm.  This does not include Bank holidays.  If your medication needs to be re-authorised by the doctor, it will take longer to process.

GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:

  • book or cancel appointments online
  • renew or order repeat prescriptions online
  • view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results

You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time.
